At the Annual Gridiron Gala, guests mingled with current players and legends from the New York Giants and New York Jets at the Waldorf=Astoria. Awards given to community leaders both from the business and sports worlds. For the 15th Annual Gridiron Gala, an all-time Gala-best of more than $1.5 million was raised for vital United Way-led initiatives that improve the quality of life for New York City's at-risk children and youth. Surpassing far beyond the initial goal of $1.2 million. The event also had a record numbers of 1000+ attendees. With a live auction, silent auction and for the first time, a raffle, the event raised a total of $1,485,908.
